279.4 was the number on the scale this morning so I lost about a pound and a half. Not too shabby for a week I had written off as a rest week. I was just going to let my body do whatever it pleased while I kept to phase 2 to see what would happen. Apparently I lose weight. Good. This week I am getting myself in gear to exercise again. Today I did weights for the first time in a long time and I am pleased with what I was able to accomplish. I wanted to run too but I was just plain too beat and my left calf started to tighten up immediately when I got on the treadmill.

So, I haven’t been away because I’ve been cheating, I’ve been away because I lost my internet. I don’t know how long I will have to wait for it to recover because it is a neighbor’s WiFi I’ve been using. I hope that they don’t move!

This weekend my mother and I got together to pre-prepare some things to eat this week and I loved the green beans that I had today. It was so nice to just be able to toss them in the microwave to warm them and then eat them up. We decided to do this on a weekly basis because it worked really well for both of us.

Well, since I decided to hang last weeks goals, I will definitely be making sure not to blow them this week, so without further ado…

Goals for this Week:
1) Workout four times, minimum, with two of the workouts being strength training.
2) More fiber
3) Incidental exercise, get more of it.
4) Don’t sleep after 11am… is this even worth making a goal? I can’t seem to get my sleeping habits under control for the life of me.
5) No fruit with breakfast. I had an apple with my breakfast today and I was hungry all day. Good bye morning fruit.
