Either I just peed out six pounds or sleep is really good exercise. I like the idea of both.
Despite my arbitrary rule to not weigh myself on the weekends, I just did. I wanted to see what getting caught up on my sleep would do to my weight. I am back to where I had been. 274.6 lbs. I don’t think that I will actually lose weight this week. Too many changes for my body in sleep and schedule and too long of days with not enough proper fuel. It just isn’t the proper equation for weight loss. That’s okay. I’m slowly getting back in the swing of things.
Sleep felt so freaking good though! This next week, getting sleep really will be much more of a priority than I’ve made it in the past. I may need to take melatonin. Lack of sleep will kill any hope I have of proper weight loss. I’ll probably keep weighing myself daily for a little because I want to see how my sleep pattern effects my weight.
