For the most part, I’m moving in the right direction again. I notice that my legs are the only part of my body that gained anything. I’m guessing that’s because I’ve been having them worked on a lot in massage therapy. Otherwise, it doesn’t really make sense. I gain weight around my hips and belly first, not my legs.

This month I was really “on again, off again” about my eating. I guess I was “on again” enough to have a loss but I wish that I had kept my commitment level a little higher than I did.

I had to have the “I know I don’t look it but this is how I eat” conversation with that one boy because he had been suggesting that we go to places where I was going to have to be really high maintenance to get something that fits how I eat.

It hadn’t actually been a problem yet because he’s been out of town. I took the opportunity to tell him about my favorite restaurant where they don’t mind me customizing the hell out of things and how I do that at most places. I’d been afraid that I was going to come across as that girl but there were no judgments from him.

Kudos, man, kudos. Apparently we can hang.

Though, I’ve been awfully close to dumping him for texting lyrics from Friday Night by Rebecca Black to me.

Just kidding.

Sort of.

I’ve never actually heard the whole song so they have no effect on me. He doesn’t know this.

Win.

Um… back to me.

I’m trying pretty hard to make user that I cool meals ahead of time because I seem to find myself too busy and with nothing to eat. Work, school, voice training, therapy, and massage therapy have been keeping me running around constantly. I need to work on both making food ahead of time and getting enough rest.

Here’s the measurement chart for this month:
