Today has generally been a good day and I feel like I am finally not sleepwalking. I decided to hang my goals this week for working out, I need to focus on just getting energy and wellness back in general. I’m still trying to figure out how to get in the right amount of calories and what the right amount is for me in general. I did feel good today, though. I had the best apple for my fruit of the day.
I am trying to get my sleeping back in proper order now and will hopefully be back on a good schedule soon.
