I think that I am just confusing myself and complicating things more than necessary. I have been worrying this week about eating too little, eating too much, stalling my metabolism, gaining back the weight, getting enough rest, getting too much rest, getting enough activity, wearing myself out too much, etc. I’ve got to stop this. It seems that as long as I stick with the principles of the South Beach Diet and eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full, I won’t go wrong, I haven’t yet. It was only because I started tracking in the first place that things went awry. No more, I will be back to following the principles and the cues of my body. Right now those cues are telling me that I need some sleep.
