Change It Up Challenge
In the process of healthy living and weight loss we can quite easily get stuck in a rut of doing the same things. We eat the same salad; do the same workout, etc. While routine is good, change can be better. In light of that, I present the Change It Up Challenge.
For each of the next four weeks I’ll present a challenge to you all. I’ll be completing my own challenges as well and updating along the way.
Here’s how it will work:
To Sign up:
Contact me and I’ll add you to the list. Please make sure to give your link to your blog if you have one. I will include this list on the official start page (today). You can join now through Friday (you’ll need enough time to complete the challenge).
Do the challenge and as you complete the tasks, comment letting me know that you’ve done it. You can comment on any post throughout the week to do this but you must comment by Sunday night at 11:59pm PST each week to say that you’ve completed the challenge for that week.
To Get A Prize:
The three most creative participants who complete all of the challenges will win a prize. Two people will win $25 gift certificates for Spa Wish and one will win a $50 gift certificate for Spa Wish as well. I chose these because in addition to thinking it’s important to change up your routine, I also think it’s important to treat yourself to nice things. I’d love to do more than three prizes but I also think it’s important to pay my rent.

The First Challenge (For 8/2 – 8/8):
Change Your Workout – Let’s think of this as the warm up week. Just change your workout three times this week. Do something different. If you are a cardio queen, do weights. If you normally workout solo, do a group class. If you’re a yoga lover, do kick boxing. If you don’t workout, do. Whatever you please. Do something creative, fun, challenging, but different and then let me know about it.
