Well, today was weigh in day and what a great weigh to start the morning (heh… heh… em…). I was a little disappointed that I didn’t see a 27 as the first two digits, but next weeks I will, heck I will probably see that tomorrow if I feel so inclined as to weigh myself again. I might. This week I once again lost inches all over as well. Overall I’m really happy with the week.
I’m tired so no dissertation tonight.
1) Formally workout at least three times, and generally keep moving, no sedentary days
2) Plan meals again, try something new this week, stay lean
3) Buy full gym membership
4) Get up before noon each day
Tomorrow I’ll tell more about today, for now, I’m putting away groceries and going to bed!
